Congratulations to Simon who completed Ironman Malaysia at the weekend in 14h00. He was almost killed by a van whilst out peddling last year and hasn't been that well since Christmas, so an extra huge acheivement.....and I know how hot Langkawi is!! It beat Bella but it didn't beat you!
I did a 13 mile run last night with Paul, a local buddy training for Ironman UK. It was a bit windy and the streets of Deal became a little dull after 2 hours but we made it. Paul, Chris, and myself running Hastings Half Marathon on 11th March.

Hello Simon
This is a special post for Simon Cross, the only official and known reader of this blog.
